You may return your order, within 30 days, for an exchange or a refund.
Here's how:
- Cut out the Return Address from your packing slip.

- Complete the Return Form at the bottom of your packing slip. If you are exchanging, indicate the brand, style, color, size and width of the product you are exchanging for.
- Pack your footwear and the Return Form in the original shoebox and then pack it in a shipping box. All orders MUST be returned in the original shoe box INSIDE another cardboard box. Damage to the shoe box will incur a $4.90 re-boxing fee. We re-use shipping boxes whenever possible to help save the environment, so please feel free to do the same.
- Tape the Return Address Label to the outside of the shipping box.
- Take your package to any shipping facility. You are responsible for return shipping charges.
Note: Worn shoes are not returnable. If the item appears to be defective, please contact us at 1-800-573-2373. We cannot accept exchanges or returns that are scuffed, soiled or worn in any way. So please test drive your new footwear on a carpeted surface.
